Killerstream - Weekend Anthems

Killerstream - the weekend anthems band, have been together for over two decades. Founder members, John (lead guitar) and Nigel (bass), met over 20 years ago. They started out writing & performing their own material in a band called ‘Two Rivers’.  In 2005 the band had a true find in their search for a dynamic frontman.  The charismatic James jumped on board to compliment the line up with his outstanding killer vocals, dynamic style & bags of charisma. It wasn’t long before the band were noticed & got signed by Don Arden ‘Jet records!’

The band has changed names & evolved over the years, but their musicianship has remained constant.  With continuous hard work and determination, the band have won numerous competitions & gone from strength to strength.

Performing a combination of rock, indie, hip-hop, pop, disco and modern covers makes this band an extremely popular choices for a whole range of events.

With an ever-growing versatile repertoire Killerstream perform an exciting range of songs, they can play anything from Guns and Roses, Killers to Scissor Sisters, dance fillers from Jackie Wilson, Duran Duran, Kool and the Gang and David Bowie & love songs from Andy Williams to Ed Sheeran. Bringing their set bang up to date with modern covers from Bruno Mars, Justin Timberlake, Dua Lipa, Pharrell Williams & Maroon 5 to name but a few.

These festival favourites will get your party atmosphere flowing and always guarantee a memorable event. If you want a current fresh exciting band, that perform in their own unique style, with broad appeal, this is the one for you!!

Having used the Killerstream lads before I knew we wouldn't be disappointed, and yes they came up with the good yet again! The dance floor never emptied, and at the end of the evening watching everyone begging them for just one more song was fab!, Will be in touch for our next event. - Jo Brennan - The Equity Release Experts

Hi Jackie, Just wanted to say a huge thank you for putting us onto the band for Friday. You didn’t let us down - they were absolutely fantastic and the best I have ever seen. The office has been buzzing with how great they were! I will definitely be keeping an eye out for them for the future - we would love to see them again. Regards, Sarah - Redrow Homes Ltd

Absolutely amazing!! Played at our recent wedding and they were incredible really made the night. Everyone is still talking about you guys. We couldn’t recommend them enough! Thank you so much. - Beth and Charlie Nicholas

Went to river room Stourbridge last night for a friend’s 50th Birthday. Killerstream came on at 10; did two sets, were absolutely fab, made the night, sang their hearts out and put on great show.  Would definitely book them & see them again! - Dorothy Gunn

I saw you last night at the Beeches Pub. You were absolutely brilliant, really gave the place atmosphere. Look forward to seeing you again. I especially enjoyed your Ed Sheeran cover and “Up Town Funk” - Fiona Murphy

Well, what can we say? We first met Killerstream’s John & Nigel, at a wedding fayre, (the first one I managed to drag my, now, hubby to!) We liked them immediately, they were really nice, decent blokes, and we liked what we heard, they were just what we were looking for, so we went ahead and booked them for our wedding. We went to watch them at Drummonds in Worcester……they were AWESOME!!! I was soooooo excited, I could not believe they would be playing at our wedding! They did not let us down……..we had the most amazing evening, we didn’t stop dancing all night. They even performed Robin Thicke, Blurred Lines, as that was one of my favourites…..amazing. We had so many positive comments on Killerstream, some guests have requested their number to book them for a Christmas party, and another wedding ! The guys were the icing on the cake to end a spectacular day…….thank you sooooooo much to you all, a night we will never forget! Big hugs. - Steve & Allyson (Mr & Mrs Hunaban)

Morning Jackie, Oh my wow, how fantastic are Killerstream! Dance floor never emptied all night and it actually got a little boring when everyone kept telling me how brilliant they were, so a huge thank you for your recommendation! Can you please pass on my apologies to the band, I didn't speak to them after they had finished to say thank you, it was quite hectic and we decided to sneak out as everyone wanted a piece of me! Sarah had a wonderful evening, emotional at times but Lydia was with us all night, it was certainly a celebration of such a wonderful young lady. We think we have raised round £5,500 - which is £4000 more than I thought so everyone's generosity has blown me away. Thank you again Jackie, hopefully we will use you again in the future. Kind regards - Jo Brennan  x
