Soul Kinda Wonderful are a lively, fun-loving charismatic act that have been storming the music scene for over a decade.  The group enjoy performing and celebrating music from the golden era, specifically the genres of Soul and Motown, and have collaborated with some of the industry’s greats as a result, icons such as Ben E King, The Temptations, The Drifters and The Four Tops.

The success of this brilliant troop can be further emphasised with their recognitions at the National Music Tribute Awards, making it an award winning hattrick for sweet soul music, having achieved this status as the winner for the third time running.  Soul Kinda Wonderful were delighted to retain their title as the UK’s official Number 1 music tribute to the Legendary Drifters.

Soul Kinda Wonderful were presented with the prize during a prestigious award ceremony, where they were identified as a worthy winner for their continued enthusiasm and commitment to the music industry. They can present a Tribute to the Drifters or a mixed Soul & Motown set encompassing all the Legendry greats of that time, however the members are just as comfortable performing their own songs, which are penned by the established and widely respected song writer Richie Sampson, who has worked with the likes of former Legendary Drifters Ray Lewis, Billy Lewis, Roy G Hemmings, Peter Lamar and Butch Leake.

The combination of distinct vocals with well executed dance moves captures the true essence of Soul and Motown magic and Richie and his team ensure to delight crowds with much-loved songs that never fail to get the audience moving. They cover catchy hits such as ‘Saturday Night At The Movies, Under The Boardwalk, My Girl, Stand By Me, Save The Last Dance For Me, I Can’t Help Myself, Build Me Up Buttercup and Come On Over To My Place.

Duly regarded for their star quality and stage presence, Soul Kinda Wonderful are in high demand and have, as a result, performed all over the world at many different events. They have appeared in front of royalty, performed aboard luxury cruises and been cheered on by celebrities, namely Sir Alex Ferguson, David Beckham, Rio Ferdinand, Coleen Nolan, Richard Branson and Tom Cruise at the film festival in Dubai.

Soul Kinda Wonderful went down a storm.  Everyone really enjoyed the evening.  Some all ready asking if they will be back next year.  We had 205 people attending, which is nearly our limit- Tracy and Sarah

Saturday was brill. They are a great bunch of guys ( Soul Kinda Wonderful) . Sound great, the Soul and Motown set was great and when they realised that the crowd loved Reggae as well they finished the night off with a few reggae songs - Michelle

 I just want to say thank you for the wonderful Soul Kinda Wonderful. They were amazing and your were correct everyone danced all night they were so entertaining.  But they were also very professional, they were polite and efficient when they set up and gave more that they needed to on the night. I would highly recommend them to anyone and definitely book them again.
