Human League - Love DistrAction

Love DistrAction are the UK’s number one official Tribute to The Human League. Utilizing a clever mixture of live synthesizers and guitar, this truly accurate, authentic, dedicated and genuine tribute act capture the exact mood, essence and feel of The Human League. The band consists of Nic Price, who delivers an uncannily accurate vocal portrayal of the mighty Phil Oakey, Nick Stylianides, Musical Director, programmer and live keyboards and Russ Harvey, programmer, keyboards and live guitar. There are also a small group of talented professional singers and artists, taking on the roles of Susan Sully and Joanne Catherall. Formed in August 2017, they have enjoyed rapid success, playing an impressive mixture of shows all over the UK, including the extremely popular Butlin’s 80s weekenders, Pontins 48 Hour Party Weekenders, Theatres, Music venues, Festivals, Private and Corporate functions.

Known for their ability to sound exactly like the iconic 80s group, Love DistrAction’s attention to detail and musicianship is the reason why many are already referring to them as the UK’s premier Tribute to The Human League. There may be other bands who look the part, but Love DistrAction is as true as it gets to the real thing, with their captivating  concert style show, guaranteed to bring back special memories, keeping you fully entertained and mesmerized from the time they walk on stage, right through to their breathtaking finale.

Amazing performance and songs at Preston Guildhall last night guys. Definitely see you again. Wish I wasnt working but still saw most of it and heard so many good songs. Highly recommended - Eddie (Preston Guildhall Security)

What an absolutely cracking HL tribute band! We went along to see them as part of the 80's tributefest at Preston Charter theatre for a laugh tbh and were absolutely amazed to find that they were spot on both musically and visually to the real thing. We are massive HL fans, seen them multiple times live over the years and these guys are as close as you'll get to the real thing (at a fraction of the cost!) They play loads of league hits as well as some more obscure numbers that went down an absolute treat. The act is spot on and the girls take off Jo and Su perfectly. Expect to hear everything from Fascination to Seconds to Being Boiled. Everyone was up dancing, it was just so much fun. Cannot recommend them enough and hope they are up this way again really soon!! Only complaint was that they weren't on for longer. Top drawer, good luck with the rest of the tour!  - Jon Near

Saw them in Preston on the 3rd August. Brilliant tribute, sounded like the real thing too and had everyone up dancing - Rachel Near

Super night at Acapela last night. Great singers and musicians who bang out every Human League track you want to hear that takes you back to the 80's. If they come to a venue near you take the opportunity to see them. You won't be disappointed - Chris Thomas
